ISLE OF MAN IMMIGRATION UPDATE: The Isle of Man Immigration office has updated the processing times.
Processing times as of March 2024:
- All Health & Care visa applications* – 7 business days
- Entry Clearance* – 75 business days (from receipt of application from UKVI)
- Further and Indefinite Leave to Remain – 90 business days
- Confirmation of Employment – 30 business days
- Certificate of Sponsorship – 10 business days
- Sponsor Licence Applications – 10 business days
- Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies – 10 business days
Processing times are calculated from the date of receipt of all required supporting documentation and the correct fee being paid.
It’s essential to ensure your applications are fully completed with all supporting documents to avoid any additional delays. We can assist with ensuring your application is properly prepared for smooth processing.
Applicants should be aware this is only a guideline to indicate of how long the applications may take and the timeframes are not guaranteed.
*For applications that are made on-line via the UKVI, the processing times are from receipt of application by the IOM Immigration service.
