Clare is an English Solicitor who joined our team in 2025 and specialises in the areas of trust and estate administration, will drafting and powers of attorney. She is also able to advise on wealth planning. Clare has acted for both beneficiaries and trustees during trust administrations and is able to advise on issues surrounding the winding up of trusts and the full administration of estates from the application for the Grant of Probate to the distribution of assets to beneficiaries. Clare has particular experience in assisting vulnerable clients with Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Clare qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 having studied at the University of Exeter and the University of Law in Leeds. She successfully passed her Manx Bar Exams in May 2026 on her first attempt.
Clare is an Associate member of the Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
